Collection: Sakura and Ume Spring Blossoms

This collection is inspired by my love of  Sakura and Ume, the Japanese cherry and plum blossoms. Growing up in the Washington, DC area I have been lucky to witness this anticipated yearly event every spring. For a few weeks every year we are awash in an explosion of these fluttery delicate blossoms that fall literally like snow as the season transitions. It is a beautiful time when the air is perfect and perfumed and I think "ah yes, this is a wonderful place to be!"
