Shipping Policy

We ship from the US to select countries via USPS; see methods, costs & time frames below.

Processing times vary depending on whether your item is made to order or ready to ship:

  • Metal clay rings: 3–4 weeks

  • Other metal clay items (no soldering): 2–3 weeks

  • Wire-wrapped items (rings, chains, charms, earrings): 1–2 weeks

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. If I anticipate a longer delay (such as during travel), a shop announcement will be posted in advance and processing times will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping carriers: USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Expedited options such as 2-day or overnight shipping may also be available at checkout.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout, or free shipping for orders over $50.

Destinations: I currently ship within the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. At this time I am unable to ship to the UK or EU due to regulatory restrictions for small sellers.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days (custom orders excluded); full details below.

I want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Refunds processed: within 24 hours of receiving the returned item

Exceptions: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
