Each jewelry piece is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of handcrafted work.
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device’s screen will show them perfectly.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In rare cases, an item shown as available may be out of stock. If that occurs, you will be contacted with options for a replacement or refund.
4. Payments
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are processed in a secure environment.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from Maryland, USA.
Processing times are typically 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted for made-to-order items.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
