Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry from Amy Abrams Designs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange.

Contact Window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Period: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 24 hours.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange details before sending your piece back.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
