These dainty amethyst drop earrings are a romantic deep shade of purple with a wonderful translucency that plays with the light. They are so light and easy to wear while still making a subtle impact. This color is beautifully accented with the oxidized sterling silver wire that I used to carefully wrap the gemstones and the simple but nicely detailed earwires that finish the look.
These earrings measure just under 1" in total length and are 3/8" wide. Amethyst is the traditional birthstone for February and is associated with the crown chakra, it is thought to bring tranquility and self compassion to the wearer.
